Citrix Deployment
Customers have successfully deployed ACD/Labs software under Citrix, however, ACD/Labs does not certify nor test the use of Citrix. ACD/Labs’ Professional Services team have assisted customers with such deployments on a project basis. Fast network transfer of large data files between client and Citrix machine is critical.
Please note, installations under Citrix require the use of License Server (installed outside of the Citrix environment) to control license permissions.
